Can I summarize a document in my file system?
Yes. Use "New Tab from File" in Context Organizer’s File Menu to
open a dialog box. Select the PDF, TXT, HTML/HTM or DOC file and a new Summary Tab
will be created. You need the Office edition to handle DOC files.

How do I summarize Microsoft Word document?
The Context Organizer button is installed in a toolbar in Microsoft Word. Click
the button and a summary tab is created in a Context Organizer window. You can also
use the file menu: "New Tab from file" to summarize a Word document in your file
system.

Yes. From any application, copy text into the clipboard. Go to Context Organizer’s

Yes. From any application that supports dragging text, drag text from that application
into a Context Organizer window. A new Summary Tab will be created.

so you can view text the way you want. You decide the length of
the summaries by choosing the number of keywords.

Besides providing concise summaries, Context Organizer gives you control to
produce customized summaries. Control the summary with Keywords-to-Watch
to orient the summaries towards concepts of most interest to you. Then view the
summaries in context of selected keywords – filter and highlight
the results to bring out the information most relevant to you.

Yes, it is very easy to tune the summary with Keywords-to-Block
